Paul van Eulem is a Senior Partner at MTBS and has over 30 years of global experience in advising the boards of leading companies in the maritime sector. Prior to founding MTBS, Paul worked for Royal HaskoningDHV and various other engineering consultancy firms.

Paul has strong in-depth experience in port M&A transactions, public private partnerships, port development and port financing. With an extensive network and sector expertise, Paul has been a trusted advisor to port authorities, global terminal operators, shipping lines and a broad range of financial institutions.

Paul holds an MSc degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
